Problem: No clear strategy or alignment amongst stakeholders; three different executive sponsors within 12 months & a 30 year contract labor manager retires mid project; Undetermined source of funding; Pushback from IT to use ERP vs. VMS.

Solution: Brightfield designed an identity & access management solution using existing HRIS & VMS technology components, aligning stakeholders and winning funding for the business case along the way.

Results: Cured a failed audit finding and reduced the risk associated with unauthorized facilities and systems access by departing/transferred workers.  Established centralized system of record data across all worker categories, globally.
