Situation: Global company with a US externally managed MSP-VMS program looking to expand the program to other regions around the world.

Problem: Client HR in UK questioning US model for their given situation, concerned about losing ground in worker quality, efficiency & cost.

Solution: Brightfield analysis suggested a hybrid sourcing model, providing client with best of both the US vendor neutral model and the UK master vendor.  Beyond current state analysis & program design, Brightfield supported the sourcing effort from business case approval, through RFP drafting, bid evaluation, & contract negotiation.

Results: Reduced talent costs and improved access to greater talent pools, with no negative impact to efficiency.  UK CW volume now visible via VMS, despite working with different MSP.
